The World Health Organization (WHO) today launched a new report assessing progress in implementing the Global Health Sector Strategies (GHSS) on HIV, viral hepatitis and sexually transmitted infections (STIs) for 2022–2030. Released during the 26th International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2026) and ahead of World Hepatitis Day (28 July), the report highlights significant achievements and persistent challenges in the global response to these epidemics.

【#6月梅毒新发病例破5万例#】#男子闪婚后发现妻子吸毒坐牢患梅毒#近日,国家疾控局发布的全国法定传染病疫情数据显示,今年 6 月全国梅毒发病数近 5.4 万例,上半年全国累计报告梅毒病例 33.3 万余例,其中 3 月单月报告病例超 6.2 万例,梅毒仍长期位居我国乙类传染病发病数前五位。近年来,我国梅毒疫情总体仍处于较高水平。2023 年以来,报告病例数持续维持高位,2025 年全年报告病例已超过 64 万例。【梅毒,到底是个什么东西?】梅毒的致病病原体为梅毒螺旋体(Treponema pallidum,TP),菌体细长呈螺旋状,生存特性极具针对性:喜好温暖、潮湿黏膜或破损皮肤;体外抵抗力极弱:干燥环境、阳光直射、高温以及日常普通消毒剂,均可快速将其杀灭;耐低温潮湿环境:在离体潮湿血液、4℃冷藏条件下可短暂存活,但离体人体后无法繁殖,且常规环境下很快失去感染能力;侵袭性强:可穿透人体黏膜(尤其是存在微小破损时),接触足量螺旋体后极易引发感染。当病原体通过血液循环入侵到全身器官和组织,进攻到毛囊时,会破坏毛囊周围的血管和组织,免疫炎症反应干扰毛囊生长周期,头发便无法正常生长,最终走向
